Raceware Direct Ltd gives you 30 days to return products if they are not suitable. All products must be returned unused and in saleable condition. This is in excess of our responsibilities under the consumer contracts regulations June 2014. This does not cover custom or special order products that are made to the customers specifications such as custom colours or custom designed components.

Where bar tethers/leashes are provided by the manufacturer we strongly recommend they are used. Raceware direct ltd will not be held liable for any damage to items that have not been correctly fitted and used in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
- All products are subject to a 5 year warranty for the original customer when subjected to normal use. Crash damage, improper use, and failure to follow installation instructions are excluded. Contact us at sales@racewaredirect.co.uk if you have any questions, we may be able to help and offer discount or free replacement.

Any third party products shown on this site such as computers, lights and handlebars are for illustrative purposes only and are not included with the product unless stated. Any claims of compatibility are correct at the time of issue, if this changes we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Raceware Direct Ltd will not be held responsible for design errors that the customer does not highlight having reviewed the design and dimensions prior to production.

Prices include vat at the UK rate of 20%. Customers in other EU countries may have to pay vat and import costs depending on location.

Raceware direct ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise losses due to the failure of our products.
