This is a mount for a Bontrager Ion or Flare RT light to fit under a specialized saddle that has the 2 threaded SWAT mount points at the back. This is a standard feature on most of the current specialized saddle range.
The light is in a fixed position but the design is made in such a way that the light should have a slight negative angle.
